Cancellation Charges
We kindly request that you provide us with 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or change your appointment. We regret that cancellations after the required 24 hours notice period, and no show clients will incur a 50% charge of the service(s) ..We appreciate that sometimes late cancellation is unavoidable and the management will use their discretion in certain instances. However we are sure you will appreciate that for  every client who cancels late or fails to show it means another client is turned away, and the salon and stylist both suffer a financial loss. 

Deposits
A 25-50% deposit will be required for long appointment times for technical services or wedding bookings.
This will be communicated at the time of your booking, when payment will be accepted.
No refunds will be offered for late cancellation, or failure to attend.

Quotations
Quotations will be provided following a full in-depth consultation. We regret that we cannot give a quotation via telephone or email.

Client Complaints
All our work is guaranteed. If for any reason you are dis-satisified with the service you have recieved we ask that you contact us within 14 days of your original appointment time. We will arrange a further appointment at a time convenient to you, to  provide you with a correction or change as required, after a thorough consultation.
We do not offer refunds.

Skin Testing
Required for all new colour clients, and regular updates for existing 
clients, a minimum of 48 hours prior to appointment, as part of our 
ongoing commitment to the health & safety of our valued clients.

Client Confidentiality
We require certain information from you for our records so that we can:
* contact you about your appointment
* so that we can gain a thorough understanding of your hair
* to maintain up to date records of technical services for health & safety
* to inform you of special offers and promotion.

Under 16s
We regret that our technical services are only available to persons 16 years and over.

Children
Children are very welcome but for health and safety reasons must be supervised at all times.

Etiquette
We wish to maintain a relaxed atmosphere in the salon and therefore we respectfully ask that all mobile phones are on silent for the duration of your service out of respect to the other clients in-salon.

Pets
We are a dog-friendly salon, but they must remain on a lead at all times.

Payments
We accept all major credit & debit cards, excluding American Express. We also take cash and cheques with a valid guarantee card.

Salon Policy
